On the ground floor: - A bedroom equipped with a double bed 160x200 with a dressing room. - A room serving as a games room equipped with a double sofa bed for two people 140 x 190, foosball table and TV. - A bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and a vanity unit. - A laundry room with ironing board washing machine and ironing. - An equipped kitchen open to the dining room with two tables that can accommodate 10/12 people. These two rooms give access to the garden and terrace of more than 40 m2. The dining room is open to the bright and spacious living room with a wood burning stove and a large sofa bed that can accommodate between 8 and 10 people. Wood that will be provided free of charge during your stay.
