May be a suite or Deluxe unit. The space This is a timeshare resort condo. It is assigned by the resort at check in. It has a King bed plus living room with sofa bed. It has a full or partial kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. The unit issued may be a mobility or other special type of unit. Guest access Other things to note IMPORTANT: For reservations please provide your name as it appears on a valid ID BEFORE booking if your name is different than what is listed on Airbnb. If a name change is required after the reservation is booked, there will be an additional $99 name change fee. Units are non-smoking, no pets allowed. Guest must follow all rules and regulations set by the resort. Guest must be at least 21 years old and supply a valid government issued ID as well as a credit card for incidentals and security deposit. The resort requires a security deposit of up to $100 a night. Guests will check in at the resort with the front desk with a confirmation provided by me via email. Guest that made the reservation MUST be the person checking in with their id. If the reservation needs to be under a different name please let me know BEFORE booking. If a name change is required after the reservation is booked, there will be an additional $99 change fee. Other things to note • A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. • Oversized recreational vehicle parking is not available at this resort. • The resort is undergoing renovation from Sep. 6, 2023 - Jan. 21, 2024. During this time, work will only be affecting Tower 2. Additionally, you may encounter noise, dust, odor, and work crews on-site. Dates are subject to change. • The city of Las Vegas will be undergoing several construction and repaving projects. Events include but are not limited to Formula 1 Race this November and the 2024 Super Bowl in February. In preparation for the upcoming events surrounding roads and properties will experience detours, potential road blocks and more. For additional information please contact the resort. • The resort's 24 hour pool located in Tower 3 will be closed from Sep. 14 – Nov. 9, 2023. The closure is due to scheduled repair.
