Foreign nationals will need to fill Form C. There is a CCTV camera near outside the apartment near the door of the property for security and safety reasons. Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the room. Smoking is only allowed in the terrace area. Please dispose the cigarette buds in the ash tray provided. Consumption of any and all illegal substances are Strictly Prohibited. Visitors for guest are allowed only with prior intimation and approval and if approved identification of the guest has to be submitted as well. Timings for visitors are till 10 pm Only. In case there is any breakdown or damage at the flat room/ apartment please do inform us immediately so we can fix it for you as soon as possible depending on the intensity of issue.
