Only owned and resided by the Gregoires, this Tropical house is a unique and charming rental for vacations and getaways. The patio area includes seating for 6+ people to hang out in the fresh Caribbean air with a view of the mountains. Enjoy high ceilings, hard wood floors, beautiful furnishings, red Ixora coccinea and lush green landscaping. This home has been lovingly taken care of, incorporating today's modern conveniences while maintaining all of its charm. With a view of the Northern Range, from the valley of Diego Martin, this home boasts a cook's kitchen perfect for entertaining groups of family or friends - openly connect to a dining area, marble table tops and chic high chairs. The bedroom and bathroom can sleep up to 2 people comfortably. One room is one on its own across the hall from one full bath. In addition to relaxing in the living room, guests can watch TVs in the bedrooms and or TV room. Downtown, beaches, shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. The entire experience, with these great hosts will leave you not wanting to leave, and looking forward to when you return! Guests have access to their rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, TV room, dining room, and laundry room. Hosts live in house and are happy to help and assist where necessary to help make the stay even more comfortable but are also very lowkey; they make the stay much homier and welcoming Personal Transportation can be provided by hosts, Learie and/ or Arloma Gregoire. The fees are as follows: •Short trips to downtown (eg. Groceries, mall, parties, on the road for carnival, etc.)= USD$40 round trip •Longer trips to airport (or anywhere else ‘past the lighthouse’)= USD$80 roundtrip (To be paid in USD cash at the beginning of each trip) There will be a ZERO tolerance for the use of drugs or any illicit, illegal, hallucinogenic substances in the house, and on or around the property (eg. Marijuana, cocaine, acid, mushrooms, etc.)
