The house has three bedrooms. 8 minutes from downtown Colonial Antigua Guatemala and 5 minutes from shopping centers on the Inter-American highway. Easy access to all types of transportation as it is located on a main road. Convenience stores nearby. The space You can use the entire property, including all household items, washing machine and clothes dryer. High speed internet. The router is located in the third bedroom. There are three very clean and tidy rooms. One has a queen-size bed, the other has two imperial beds that can be joined to make a king-size bed at convenience, and the third has two double beds. The guest bathroom is for common use. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. Hot water is always available. Events that generate noise and loud music are prohibited, especially at night and in common areas of the condominium.
