Casa yucateca ZAMA
Description
Welcome to Casa ZAMA. Stay in a private, charming, traditional Yucatecan home. The house features two large, connected spaces. At the entrance, you'll find a sofa bed, a dining area, and beyond that, an open-concept bedroom. The kitchen is located in the covered patio. The private bathroom ensures comfort and privacy. The small backyard is perfect for enjoying fresh air. Please note the house is on a busy street, so traffic noise may be present. The space The rooms feature high ceilings and spacious layouts, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The décor is minimalist and cozy, designed to make you feel comfortable during your stay. We’ve preserved the Yucatecan essence with details such as pasta tile floors and chukum, a natural paste from the region, used in the shower and the kitchenette sink. The bathroom is located within the bedroom, offering privacy and convenience. The covered and functional kitchen is adjacent to a small backyard with plants—perfect for enjoying nature and fresh air. Please note that, as this is an old building, some humidity may occur due to the tropical climate. Guest access As a fully private accommodation, you will have exclusive access to all areas of the house. You can enjoy every space without sharing it with other guests. At the back of the house, there is a small garden separated by a wall, providing additional privacy and a peaceful atmosphere during your stay. Other things to note It is important to note that the house is located on a main avenue. This means there may be some traffic noise at certain times of the day. While this is not an issue for most people, we understand that some guests, especially those accustomed to quieter environments, might find it more noticeable. We want to ensure you are well-informed so that your stay is as pleasant as possible.
