We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages! Other things to note • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • RENTAL AGREEMENT There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation • PETS Dogs can be allowed for a one time $60 per dog fee (max 2). • DIRECTIONS GPS should bring you easily to the property • ROAD TO THE HOUSE The road to the house is all paved. • A/C & Heater The house is cooled and heated by central heating and air conditioning through the house to keep you comfortable all year long. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.
