This is an ideal getaway for 2-3 families, and furry friends are welcome too! Fabulous 5-bedroom property spread across 2 levels. This picturesque family getaway features spacious light filled areas, a fully equipped central kitchen, ideal for holiday entertaining, a family dining area, and loads of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, together with 3 bathrooms, including an ensuite to the master bedroom. Complete with all the comforts of reverse cycle AC, ceiling fans throughout, a cosy coonara wood heater, and satellite NBN. Please be aware that the property has no boat launching facilities. Public launch facilities are easily accessible and once launched your boat can be moored on the pontoon located on the lake in front of the house. Boats must not be launched from neighbouring properties, please respect this rule. Boat trailers can be parked in Andrew Crt. The concrete driveway is steep and not suitable for trailers. Getaway Property Management Terms & Conditions: For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in.
