And enjoy our Superhost hospitality, with daily cleaning and a villa manager who you can contact 24/7. The villa has 5 king size beds for 10 guests. In case you want to stay with more than 10 guests we will place up to 4 extra, high quality, single beds for a small fee, and a high quality mattress for free for guest #15. Villa Mila is located in Berawa, Canggu and is about 5 minutes walking distance to Finns and Atlas beach clubs, the beach, and 2 minutes walking to shops, spas, boutiques, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Yet the villa is very quiet and private as it is at the dead-end of a quiet lane. Villa Mila is spacious, spread out over 500m² on two floors, connected by an indoor and outdoor staircase. On the ground floor the villa offers a large living room with a dining table which can seat 15 people, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms, an amazing infinity pool with sunken sofa, a beautiful garden and an outdoor shower. On the top floor there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with wooden floors, each with a large ensuite bathroom, a balcony, and a large and a small roof terrace with day bed, all with stunning views of Bali's volcanoes. Each of the 5 spacious bedrooms has a high ceiling with a teak king size bed, airco, a large teak wardrobe, a large 4K smart TV with swivel mount, and a large ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have a large teak desk. And in two bedrooms the king beds can be split into single beds. All 5 bathrooms have a large rain shower, twin sinks and a hair dryer. DAILY CLEANING We offer daily cleaning 7 days a week during the day (9am - 5pm) if and when it suits you (except on Balinese religious days). Just let us know the time convenient for you. FAMILY WITH BABY We have our own baby cot and high chair (free). Just let us know if you would like to use them. FAMILY WITH CHILDREN If you have young children there is the possibility to hire a temporary pool fence, internal stair gates and other items. Just please contact us. You can access it via WiFi and the LAN points in each room. DRINKING WATER Unlike most villas in Bali, drinking water is provided directly from the tap in 3 places: in the kitchen, at the living room dispenser, and at the roof terrace bar. SOFT WATER FOR YOUR HAIR & SKIN Villa Mila has soft water due to its own filters, as opposed to the hard water used in most villas in Canggu. Which is great for your hair and skin! PRIVATE PARKING The villa offers 2 private parking places right in front of the villa for your cars and/or scooters. Other things to note Eco We have tried to create the villa with a minimal impact on the environment: • The villa has been built with a steel frame, minimising the use of CO2 emitting cement • We have our own water filters, minimising the amount of water used from our surroundings, considering Bali has a water shortage • Our water dispenser has an eco-setting, using less electricity 24/7 • The refrigerant in our AirCos doesn't deplete the ozone layer • We recycle all our Nespresso cups, via their recycling program. Fire extinguishers There are 4 fire extinguishers in the property, 2 on the ground floor, and 2 on the top floor (see also the photos): 1. On the kitchen bar next to the dispenser 2. Under the indoor staircase 3. In the hallway on the top floor 4. At the roof terrace next to the sink. Child safety Please be extra careful with children around the pool (the living room tiles when wet can be slippery), and on the indoor and outdoor staircases. Garden The villa has a beautiful garden, designed by a landscape architect. However, this also means there could be some insects.
