Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Take a drive to the mall, go out to eat, go to the groceries store, or catch a movie. All within of a 5-15 minute drive! Other things to note QUIET HOURS: 9 pm to 8am PARTY/ EVENTS: No party, gathering, or event shall be hosted or happen on or near the property without prior approval. If a party, gathering, or event is to occur without approval, the proper authority shall be notified. PETS: No pets are allowed. If a pet or any animal is in the home, there is a automatic $300 charge in addition to your stay SMOKING POLICY: There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed anywhere inside the home. Smoking is only permitted outside and away from the door as possible to not have any chance of smoke inside of the home. Discard your cigarette buds in the proper ashtray that is outside. If there is evidence of smoking in the home (smell, trash, buds) there will be be an extra $150 fine charged for violating the home policy EXTRA GUEST POLICY: if you will have more than 8 guests that will stay at the property, you will be charged $50 PER GUEST PER DAY. No exceptions. We have cameras on the outside of the property to be able to determine the number of guests.
