Townhouse in Edmonton

Perfect place for the UA Hospital residents and medical students coming for their electives!!! My place is located right on Whyte Avenue (81 ave & 109 str), walking distance to the University of Alberta Hospital (7min), University of Alberta (10-15min), Safeway, No Frills, Shoppers Drugmart, major banks (TD, BMO, RBC, CIBC, Scotiabank), major bus and LRT stops. *** Very easy commute from the airport - SkyShuttle ($18) brings you directly to my place, the stop is only 2 blocks away. The space I rent out a few rooms in the house, so the kitchen and laundry will have to be shared with other guests. My house is located right in the heart of Old Strathcona - on Whyte Avenue and 109 Street. Other things to note Check in time is generally after 3pm, but some exceptions may apply based on the occupancy. Please let me know your ETA, so that I can plan my day accordingly. Please remember that you're staying in somebody's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. The townhouse is located on the main road in the neighbourhood, right across from a transit bus stop. If subtle traffic noise bothers you, this may not be a good place for you.
