The community clubhouse offers a pool, spa, fitness center and tennis courts conveniently located close by. The neighborhood is conveniently located to shopping, dining and local attractions. The main house has been recently renovated and features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a large open gathering space connecting the sitting area with the kitchen and dining area. Located on one side of the house is the master bedroom with a private bathroom. On the other side are two more spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 FULL beds and one twin bunk and one twin trundle. Bathroom 1 has tub/shower combo, bath 3 has STEAM shower(fancy kind). .The other guest bedroom features two queen beds. The clubhouse also has a private movie theatre for families to sign up movie/time free The guest house is a private oasis featuring a small kitchen, a comfy living room to watch TV and master-style private bedroom with a king bed. The full bathroom includes a shower.
