Private parking & laundry available on site! The space Access to the homes is available from the back of the house. Private parking and access to garage is from the alley behind the house. Home is accessible with smart lock for contactless check-in. Kitchen is galley style with standard size dishwasher, range, microwave and french door fridge. Equipped with pots, pans, and baking sheets, and enough dishes to dine 4. Single cup coffee maker compatible with K-cups, but also has reusable basket for ground coffee, which is provided. Dining room seats 6 comfortably. High chair available upon request. Living room has sleeper sofa, coffee table and 2 end tables, and TV. Bathroom has double vanity with 2 mirrors, and shower/tub combo with a deeper than standard tub. Both bedrooms have luxury queen beds and closets. The east facing bedroom has TV and west facing bedroom has a desk for working space. Half of the spacious backyard is fully fenced and appropriately shaded by larger trees. Home is equipped with central heat and air and high-speed wifi. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house as well as the yard, patio, driveway and garage. Basement is locked but can be accessed as storm shelter in the event of bad weather. Code will be provided. (Owner's closets and utility closets are locked to secure supplies) Other things to note Previous home owners were long time tenants that smoked in the home. We take several measures to ensure the home does not smell of smoke, including painting with odor absorbing materials, routine use of ozone generator, and wall plug in air fresheners. Guests with sensitives to this smell may have issues despite these precautions.
