Unique experience to stay on a farm in Grandma & Grandpa's house. 3 Bed, 1 Bath, 1.5 Story FARMHOUSE - 1/2 way between Columbia & Waterloo. 9 minutes to St. Louis, 17 min to the Arch, 5 min to Walmart, 17 miles to a Hospital. Downtown Waterloo & Columbia minutes away. Situated on our family farm in the PERFECT LOCATION! The space Welcome to your farmhouse retreat! Wi-Fi included - Multiple charging ports in all beds, work space and kitchen. - Included WiFi and smart TV - Relaxation & convenience: A screened‑in porch with table and chairs, plus a brand‑new washer and dryer. - Outdoor charm: Pergola‑covered patio strung with Edison lights, a fenced yard, and a wood firepit perfect for gathering. - Front porch living: Double rocking chairs invite you to sit, sip, and soak in the atmosphere. - Great location between Waterloo & Columbia, just off Route 3 with easy access to St. Louis Via Rt. 3 to 255 (Without the city hustle and bustle) Cozy nights, country skies, timeless charm. (This home is not suitable for traveling work groups with very dirty jobs. It is very important to us to keep the property clean and in good repair for our guests). Guest access You are free to use the patio, fenced yard, main floor and upper level. We love for you to remove your shoes, but you certainly don't have to. This is a working farm so please park in the driveway closest to the house. Other things to note We have security cameras in front of the house and along the driveway. We do not have cameras on the house or private spaces (patio/yard/porches/interior, etc.). Person registering must have an Airbnb profile and be staying with the other guests at the house, unless discussed and approved with owner. Please message us with any questions.
