WiFi and fully equipped kitchen and small desk makes this listing a good work from home option when you need a break from the city life. The space The Space The property is a 2 storey modern house with a 3 air conditioned bedrooms. It is located in a quiet subdivision and is gated with 24/7 security and guards. It can accommodate to 8pax. The space is a seniors/PWD friendly as one bedroom is at the ground floor same with the toilet and bath. There is shower heating if you prefer to use it. All bedrooms have double beds and a bunk bed (double&single) plus extra futon mattress. You can relax in L shape sofa while watching your favourite shows or movies in YouTube and Netflix channels with your own subscriptions in our Smart TV. You can make your own meal in our fully kitchen and dine in a 6 seater dining set or outside porch of the house. The garage is fit with one car. There is designated park that can be used in a commercial area where you can park your other car and where you can buy basic needs for cooking, a water station and a laundry shop. There’s a tricycle roaming around within the subdivision. Guest access The guests have an access to the entire house.
