Private Suite Close to Campus, No Clean Fee!

Come stay at our comfortable, spacious, and private guest suite located in our fully finished basement! Area is well-lit with fairy lighting lined across exposed ceiling and a big egress window in the bedroom for those who appreciate the morning sunshine! Features include: - Private entrance through backdoor leads to stairs to private suite - Within 3 miles of Downtown Champaign and UofI - Self-sufficient kitchen including fridge, sink, Pizzazz oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker The space We want to go above and beyond whether you are here for work or just to get away. Additional features include: - Computer and WiFi - TV equipped with Netflix, Sling TV, and Roku TV accounts for your enjoyment - 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 futon with bedding for 6 sleeping spaces - Bathroom with towels and soap - No extra fees beyond the cost to book and the regular Airbnb fee; no cleaning fee, please just leave the space as clean as you found it Guest access Private entrance is accessed through backdoor located by yard on the west side of the house. Guest areas are accessed via stairs that are separated from our portion of the house by locked door. Parking: You may park on the left side of our driveway, and you may park on the street near our house for free as well. If you use the driveway please park on the left side so that we are not blocked in the garage. Other things to note We are former Superhosts and just lost the status because we stopped listing for a few years after COVID. We only host for select weekends out of the year now.
