Other things to note The identification bracelet is mandatory inside the condominium Checkout is at 11 a.m. and check-in is at 3 p.m. We do not offer flexibility if there are other rentals on the same day (which is very common). All appliances and household appliances are in perfect working order. If any technical problem arises, it will be repaired in the time necessary to perform the service, as it is not possible to perform maintenance or repair immediately. If any problems occur, we will try to resolve them, and if this is not possible, the item must be rendered unusable during the stay. If it is found that the problem was caused by guest misuse, the guest will be charged the amount of the reimbursement. The apartment is not accessible for people with special needs. We allow small pets, with a maximum of 2 allowed per rental. We do not accept medium and large dogs.
