Bedroom 2 offers 2 Queen beds, 43 in ROKU wall mounted tv and attached bath with shower/tub combo. Spacious living room with 55 in ROKU tv and view of one of the lakes on property w/ water feature. The villa pool is steps away from the back patio and located directly across from the tennis courts on the VILLA side of Edgewater Beach Resort. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach side or call the tram for a ride anywhere around the resort. Kitchen is well stocked, making meals a breeze. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for meals inside the condo. Plenty of seating at the farm style table or extra seating at the bar area. Large spacious living room with Queen Sofa sleeper and plenty of seating. Full size washer n Dryer located in the laundry room.  The Beach and all amenities are within walking distance or a short ride in the complimentary tram service. Tram will NOT be running from November thru March.  Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 Pools and 4 Hot Tubs.
