Other things to note If you're viewing this location for the dates you've selected, the apartment is available for you! We offer longer stays (on request!). In order to facilitate and bring more comfort to the accommodation, we also have some items for consumption that are in the apartment's refrigerator. When confirming check-in, we send a table of the respective amounts! Services such as: housekeeping of the apartment and change of bed and bath linens during the stay are not included (if needed, it must be requested 48 hours in advance or at the time of booking - charged separately). The maximum number of guests is 7, but depending on the need, just contact us, because if it is available we will add an extra bed at a possible additional cost. The stay does not include cleaning supplies, garbage bags, and toiletries. As a courtesy, we leave a roll of toilet paper, a dispenser with liquid soap, a detergent, a sponge and a garbage bag in the trash cans in the apartment (in case of depletion, the replacement is at the guest's expense). We are not responsible for objects, belongings or valuables left in the apartment. We ask for your attention so that nothing is forgotten!
