Private Suite #4, Independent Access, Downtown

Casa Venado and its private guest suites are located a mere 5 min drive from the entrance to the hotel and beach zone, in a very safe and friendly neighborhood. We are close to many restaurants, stores, supermarkets, malls, you name it! We are excited to host at these private suites adjacent to our family house! If you are travelling with friends take note we offer 4 suites in the same property. The space The room is a cozy, newly-built guest suite with independent street access, adjacent to our family house which was built right in the heart of Downtown Cancun back when Cancun was just a small town, some 30-35 years ago. The suite is equipped with a small kitchenette (i.e. microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, sink and basic utensils, NO stove or oven is provided), a small closet, A/C, a ceiling fan, a TV, a safe, hair dryer, clothes iron, Wi-Fi and a full bathroom with a shower. NOTE: Guests are required to walk up one flight of stairs (15 steps) to access this room. Guest access The guest suite has direct access from the street. However, please note that the entrance is shared with 1 other suite. Also, right outside the rooms, there is a small terrace featuring two tables and a few chairs which are perfect for an evening drink or dinner setting. The terrace is shared with the second guest suite as well.
