You will share the kitchen, living room, and upstairs loft area with another guests With a great location, this new construction home has it all! Guest access The code for the Front door smart lock will be provided upon arrival. The lockbox code for your room is 1111 During your stay If you need anything or have any questions, please feel free to reach out! Other things to note -Please, Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, drugs, etc., allowed on the property at any time. Please do not book with us if this will be an issue. -Please remove your shoes upon entry. The house is spotless. -Please DO NOT flush anything but only toilet paper into the toilet. Previous guests had flushed other things into the toilet, damaging the sewage pump, which cost us thousands of dollars to fix. --The driveway slopes downward toward the house. If your vehicle does not have strong brakes and there is snow or ice on the driveway, please park on the side of the road at the top of the driveway for safety. -We are a small family business. We provide ONE roll of toilet paper per stay. -Extra towels and washcloths are available upstairs in the linen closet. -Please NO Parities or Significant events.
