Main Level: Half bathroom for guest convenience. Level 2: Bedroom 1 (Queen) & Bedroom 2 (Two Twin XLs) share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Level 3: Bedroom 3 (Queen) features a private bathroom with a soaker tub and standing shower, plus a small desk. KITCHEN & DINING The open-concept kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. Enjoy meals at the indoor table (seats 6) or on the patio (seats 4) overlooking the lake. LOUNGE SPACES The main living area offers a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and board games. The newly added game room on the upper level features air hockey, foosball, darts, and more for rainy-day fun. OUTSIDE SPACE Take in stunning lake views from three private balconies with seating. Fish from the dock, launch your boat, or paddle the lake in the provided canoe. Dogs will love the outdoor areas too! Dock Info Limit 1 boat can be docked during stay. MUST be in the boat slip marked for the unit. No exceptions. Pontoons NOT recommended. Book Now & Let Us Take Care Of You In Smith Mountain Lake Notes: We comply with and exceed all sanitizing regulations and take extra measures to sanitize ALL bedding (including pillows) with enhanced steam sanitation between each guest. Guest access As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire townhome, including high-speed wifi, the HDTV , 3 balconies, onsite amenities and a full kitchen. Free parking is available in the driveway for up to two vehicles, and additional parking is available across the road from the townhome as well as by the tennis courts. To enhance your protection, this property is equipped with a Ring camera featuring audio capabilities situated at the exterior of the house. The camera will be actively recording the following areas throughout the duration of your reservation: - Street in front of the house - Entrance to the property - Front Lawn - Parking space Please be assured that the camera is configured to respect your privacy and does not have visibility into any interior spaces. Other things to note Pets: If you're bringing a dog, the pet fee is included in your quote when you select ‘Yes’ to pets. If you forget, the fee will be added later. For more than one dog (up to 2 max), please contact us. The fee is per dog, per stay. We provide a dog bed and bowls! Fees: Cleaning, Linens and Starter Toiletries: $220 Pet Fee: $100 per stay Damage Waiver: $89 Upon Availability Early and Late Checkout Fees: $40 Garbage: The property is located in a state park reserve, and due to bear activity, there is no on-site community trash service. Garbage must be taken to the convenience center, located 7 minutes away Age Restriction: Guests must be 25+ or accompanied by a guardian. Enhanced cleaning: All bedding and surfaces are sanitized per Airbnb standards. Security: Exterior Ring cameras monitor the entrance, lawn, and parking areas for your safety. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
