A little taste of South Africa

This unit was put together with love and Soul, I'm sure you'll find this space to be peaceful and calm, prime area in Los Angeles near USC, Colliseum, Banc of California Soccer Stadium, near eatery spots stay open 24/7, post office around the corner, police department down the street keeping streets safe, mall with restaurants and movie theater less then two miles away... Guest access You will have a common stairway to units 3 and 4 which are upstairs, keep in mind the odd numbers are on the left side as you face the fourplex and even numbers are on the right. All units have access to backyard designated smoking area, please keep windows closed inside so smoke doesn't go inside. Other things to note Our fourplex has been recently renovated, new flooring throughout, brighter lighting, extra outlets added, new appliances, new showers added, freshly painted, ceiling fans. This applies to all units, if you have a large number of people you can rent the whole upstairs and leave both doors open to have access to both sides and when you want privacy close your door, and you have your own space. I have a welcome basket for our guest, and i'd like to know if you prefer Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon, or Apple Cider? please let me know after everything is set. note: if you have a dog you must submit most recent shot records, photo and breed of dog, if service dog must supply proof, all dogs must be house broken, an extra fees will apply.
