This listing is for a 9 Bedroom (sleeps up to 22), 4 bathroom, 2 kitchens & extra large living room private Guesthouse at the Trailside Inn. The maximum occupancy for this room is 22 guests. The space This listing is for a 9 Bedroom (sleeps 22 maximum) Guesthouse at the Trailside Inn. The Guesthouse is 2 separate apartment units located in the same building . The Barn is 4 bedrooms; The Loft is 5 bedrooms. The Barn has a large living room for occupants of both to hang out in.  The 2 apartments are the only units located in the Guesthouse.  Your group has private access to the entire building. The Barn apartment features four bedrooms and two shared bathrooms: 2 bedrooms with one queen-size bed, 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and twin bunk beds; 1 bedroom with two sets of built-in twin bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one located on each floor. The Barn sleeps up to 12 people. The Barn apartment has two private exterior entrances. The extra-large living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV and a pool table. The full kitchen features granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry and a 2 dining areas with farm table seating.  The Loft, an upper level unit, offers a private entrance, 5 queen bedrooms, 2 full shared baths, a full service kitchen plus small dining area, and storage space for skis, golf clubs or other sporting equipment. The Loft sleeps up to 10 people. Total Maximum Occupancy: Sleeps 22 The Guesthouse guests will NOT have access to the main inn spaces or amenities. It is only being rented as a standalone private house. Guest access The Guesthouse is a completely private building & space for your group. It is located behind on the property of the Trailside Inn. The guesthouse has 3 floors. The Barn is the first 2 floors of the building. The 3rd Floor is a The Loft. Both The Barn & The Loft are separate units, but The Barn has a large living room for occupants of both to hang out in. The Guesthouse guests does not have access to the main inn spaces. Other things to note Maximum room occupancies are based on fire code/fire safety restrictions. Room occupancy is defined in the reservation when booking. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be required to rent another guest room (if available) for proper accommodations or vacate the property without refund. It is your responsibility to know travel guidelines and plan accordingly at the time of booking. We are strict in our cancellation policy.
