Welcome to your own slice of Paradise! Our beach duplex is a 5-min leisurely walk from the beautiful Paradise Beach, great local restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the spacious home relaxing in the hammocks and grilling out on your private back yard. Head to the beach with provided beach chairs, beach cart and beach toys to catch a wave or a rocket launch. Orlando theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, Sebastian Inlet, and the Daytona Speedway are all just a short drive away! The space The home is the “B” side of a duplex with your own entrance on the west side of the house and your own private, fenced in back yard with patio furniture playground, and a propane grill. Inside is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home. The home has 2 smart TVs so you can stream with your own accounts. There is access to the garage from the side of the house. The home is equipped with exterior cameras for guest protection. Beach equipment and a crib are in the garage for you to use. Guest access You will have your own personalized code to enter the front door and the garage door. Other things to note Well behaved potty trained pets are welcome. Flat fee of $60 per stay. Max 2 pets. The fee is automatically applied when pets are added to the reservation. Use the leash in the street, but feel free to let your dog roam in the fenced-in backyard. Remember to pick up the pooch and dispose in tightly closed plastic bags in the garbage container. Drinking bowls are available in the pantry. Dog-friendly beach (Canova Beach) is less than a mile north of the house!
