Just a fifteen minute drive to Whiskeytown Lake. A lovely and private place to unwind and relax. The space The property is a large lot in the Garden District neighborhood. There is a home, where I live full time, and the studio apartment which is above a detached garage. Guests have private access, through a separate gate from the main house, as well as a private porch. Guest access Guests have a private porch, gate and laundry facility. Other things to note I purchased this home in November 2023, and my first guest booked in December. She stayed for 6 months!
