The space The 22-square-meter (237-square-foot) loft has its own toilet and a separate shower, and is equipped with a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Possibility to borrow a washing machine in the hosts' house. The loft is equipped with an air-to-air heat pump that can also be used for cooling. Free parking on the street and also the option to rent a garage by arrangement. Please note that there is no actual kitchen in the loft and that the cooking facilities are limited to a microwave. But if you need help with dishes, this can be arranged by replacing plates, glasses, and cutlery if necessary. Guest access The accommodation is located up a staircase in a separate building. Note: steep staircase up to the loft. Also, level differences inside the loft. The accommodation has its own toilet with a sink with hot water, and a shower room is located under the stairs below the loft. You can store skis or your own bikes, etc. in the garage building if necessary. Other things to note About 200 meters from the property, you can swim in the Faluån River (not an official swimming area), and you'll find the cozy Kålgården Park, which offers a large playground, a beach volleyball court, a barbecue area, mini golf, and tables and benches.
