Terrigal Beach House

Welcome to our beach house! Located right in the heart of Terrigal. Terrigal beach House is located just 450m from Terrigal's main Esplanade and 700m to the white sand of Terrigal Beach, so our beach house is perfect for leaving the car at home and enjoying some swimming, surfing and fishing. Feel like some retail therapy or taking in the latest blockbuster, Terrigal Beach House is a 10 min drive to Erina Fair for shopping, ice skating, or the movies! The space Terrigal Beach House is located along the scenic drive and on your way to the property, you’ll find some of the best views on the Central Coast. On arrival, the property boasts 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. The Main bedroom consists of a queen bed with ensuite and bathtub and a split system. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan and the third bedroom consists of a tri bunk, double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top as well as a split system. There is a spacious kitchen with brand new oven, double door fridge and dishwasher. The dining and living areas include a large 8-seater dining table, plenty of seating to enjoy the large smart tv and soundbar as well as a split system to cool both rooms. You’ll find a large private deck off the dining area with large outdoor table and umbrella and Large BBQ to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. It doesn’t stop there though, step outside the front door and walk down to the pool area where you’ll find a large covered outdoor seating area with plenty of room for the whole family to sit and relax. Sun loungers are also provided for those who want to lay directly by the pool with an additional umbrella provided for sun safety. We supply all linen, bath towels, tea and shower products and WIFI is provided free throughout your stay. Please note: This is a single level property and the swimming pool is located around the back. Things to do: The Skillion: The Skillion in Terrigal is a local landmark with an easily accessible lookout. Hike to the top to experience amazing views of the coastline. The Entrance: Escape to The Entrance and you'll find a beautiful seaside setting. Tucked between the sparkling Pacific Ocean and tranquil waters of Tuggerah Lake, a visit to thus family favourite on the NSW Central Coast. Avoca Beach :Avoca Beach is known for its surfing and state surf competition. Bouddi Coastal Walk : The 8km Bouddi coastal walk runs from Putty Beach to MacMasters Beach. Boasting beaches, boardwalks and birdlife, it's known as one of the most beautifu I central coast walks. This relatively easy hike is characterised by sweeping views, shady rainforest and inviting picnic spots. Norah Head Lighthouse: Norah Head Lighthouse is an active lighthouse located at Norah Head, on the Central Coast, New South Wales. Maitland Bay Track: Maitland Bay track is one of Bouddi National Park's most popular bushwalks. This short, steep walking track begins at Maitland Bay Information Centre. It then winds downhill to the secluded Maitland Bay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and the property is fully fenced and tucked down away from the road for privacy. The driveway is cemented for easy access from the street. Other things to note Arrival & Departure Check in is from 3.00 pm and check out is 10.00am. Early arrival and a late departure may be possible. If you would like either, please ensure you make contact with us in advance. On departure, please check you have all of your belongings, lights and all air-conditioning systems are turned off as well as rubbish removed from the property. Any costs associated with returning items will be at the guest's expense. BBQ There is a BBQ, BBQ Tools and cleaning equipment for your enjoyment at the property. Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned after use, gas bottles are turned off and the cover is placed back on after you have finished. A charge will apply if the BBQ is left dirty after your departure. Candles & Fire Please do not light candles inside. All other fires are strictly prohibited. Cleaning The property must be left as it was found. Guests are asked to ensure the dishwasher is empty on departure and any items of furniture that may have been moved during your stay are placed back in their original position. Please remove all rubbish throughout the property on your departure. Fees will be charged for any excess cleaning above normal use and will be taken from the bond. Cots & Highchairs Portable cot and highchairs are available. Guests are required to bring any linen items they may need for the portable cot during their stay these items are not provided. Damages & Breakages You must inform us of any damages or breakages during your stay. All damages and breakages must be paid for. Please contact your host for any maintenance issues noted on your arrival or during your stay. Charges will apply if damages are identified after departure. Fridge & Freezer Please discard any unused food items from the fridge prior to your departure. Internet WIFI is provided for convenience. You will be able to find the details of the WIFI and password in the kitchen of the property. Keys There is a lockbox at the property which will have the keys for accessing the property. Lockbox details will be provided to the guest before you arrive. On departure, keys should be returned to the lockbox after ensuring the house is secured. House & Parties The property has a strict noise curfew between 9:00pm and 8:00am. Parties and excessive noise are absolutely forbidden and may result in complete loss of bond and/or immediate eviction. Parking There is parking for multiple vehicles at the front of the property on the driveway. Security Whenever you are absent from the property, please close and lock all windows and doors. Please never leave the property keys inside the property at any time. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. All evidence of smoking, if doing so outdoors, must be removed from the property on departure. Please do not smoke near open windows and doors at this could result in a charge at the end of your stay if the home requires intervention. Registration Details PID-STRA-60335
