Nestled away in the picturesque village of Parkgate is where you’ll find this newly refurbished Cottage, with a unique twist on it’s beautifully historic features. This cosy little cottage that is bursting with character and charm will be the perfect location for your coastal retreat. Boasting stunning views across the Dee to North Wales with plenty to explore on your doorstep. The space The Nook is a newly refurbished Fisherman's Cottage situated just a short stroll away from the famous Parkgate Parade. The unique styling of this quirky home includes modern touches such as USB sockets located in the bedroom and a HIVE central heating system. You will also find a king sized bed in the bedroom, dish washer in the kitchen and smart TV's in both the bedroom and living room. The spacious bathroom also offers a full size bath with overhead shower and a heated towel rail. Part of The Nook's traditional charm includes the original steep staircase which may not suit all guests. There is on road parking outside the cottage, however due to the popularity of the area for day trippers, it can get very busy. The Wirral Way car park is just a couple of minutes away and is open until 8pm, after that there should be space outside the property. Whatever you are looking for, Parkgate is offering! This unique little village is famous for its homemade ice cream, magnificent sunsets and the most delicious local fresh seafood. Situated in the heart of a wildlife conservation area, the RSPB Burton Marsh Wetlands in around a 15 minute walk, making it the perfect spot for bird-watchers and walkers alike. The area is perfect for those who love to get out and explore. With the Wirral Way literally on at the door you can discover what was once part of an historic railway line running the length of the Wirral. If you fancy a trip into town you will find the city of Liverpool located 11 miles away or the historic Roman Amphitheater just 12 miles away in the city of Chester. There is public transport links via bus or train giving access to the whole of the Wirral, Chester and North Wales coast. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire property.
