It is surrounded by nature and claims the most incredible views of Table Mountain, Lions Head and Camps Bay beach. Clifton Beach is 5 minutes away. There are spectacular walks onto the Nature trails just a few metres away. It is only a 3 minutes drive to the Camps Bay entertainment strip and Beach. It boasts lovely outdoor spaces with a huge undercover patio, private garden and private plunge pool as well as barbeque facilities. The living area is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. There are expansive sliding doors onto the garden from the living area. There is a large outdoor dining table with 6 chairs and a large outdoor sofa. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath and shower, and the others, showers. The Main bedroom has a King or 2 single beds (please ask if you would like them separated)and the other bedrooms have Queen size beds. The main and second bedrooms have sliding doors onto the garden and the third bedroom, also with expansive glass doors, is accessed via the undercover patio.(see last photo for plan). Guest access There is free unlimited high-speed internet. A maid service is provided once a week for a 7 -day booking. Please enquire if you require services more often. Other things to note There are steps into the villa so the property is not ideal for the frail or elderly.
