The space The McNeal House sits right across from DeMott Lake, offering a nostalgic experience with its rustic charm and bohemian decorations. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's ample space for the entire family. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with its own private bath. Go back in time & unwind in the old time claw foot tub. The second bedroom boasts two full-sized beds. In the third bedroom, you'll find two twin beds. Take in the beautiful view from the spacious front porch, where you can relax on the swing or in the rocking chair. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note *It is our ultimate goal to provide you with a memorable and pleasant experience during your stay with us. We want you to feel at home, to relax, and to create lasting memories in the space we have meticulously prepared for you. Therefore, we kindly request that you treat our home with the same care and respect that you would your own. WE ASK THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. *At our establishment, we prioritize the health, safety, and wellbeing of our valued guests. To ensure this, we have implemented a thorough and comprehensive cleaning process after each check-out. *For guests traveling with your fur babies, there’s a charge of $50 per pet. Please DO NOT try to sneak your pet in. We will know. *Prior to leaving the cottage, please ensure that your pets are safely confined within a crate. We ask that you refrain from allowing them on to the beds or furniture. *Additionally, if you are considering hosting an event or gathering during your stay, we ask that you communicate with us BEFORE YOU BOOK. By discussing your intentions with us in advance, we can address any potential concerns or requirements that may arise. Failure to communicate with us beforehand can lead to misunderstandings and discomfort for both parties. In the event that an unapproved event or gathering takes place without prior discussion, it may disrupt the experience of other guests or compromise the integrity of our space. As a result, we may need to ask you to leave the premises in order to maintain a harmonious environment for all guests. *FOR OUR FISHING GUESTS, we kindly ask you not to clean or fry fish inside the house. *Just a heads up, there's a shooting range nearby so don't be startled if you hear shooting sounds. It's not all day every day. It's nice & quiet in the evenings.
