The Stables are set within the grounds of a Tudor Manor House, the oldest house in Kibworth. Converted in 2015 the Stables originally Victorian retain much of the original features whilst adding 21st century luxuries. Two bedroom both with en-suites, power showers & electric towel rails. Underfloor heating. TV’s in each bedroom and lounge. Kitchen fully equipped. Toiletries available for use during your stay. Pod point outside the Stables and off street secure parking for two cars. The space The Stables was converted in 2015. Before we took on the restoration of the house. We retained some original features whilst adding 21st century comforts of underfloor heating, electric, running water, power showers etc. Above the lounge area is the clock tower which used to chime every 15 mins which we silenced during our time living there and have not you will be pleased to know reinstated the chiming! Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, single bed and truckle bed underneath. En-suite bathroom has a power shower, toilet and sink. TV. Bedroom 2 had a super king bed with en-suite bathroom which has a bath, over bath power shower, toilet and sink. TV. Kitchen has dining table, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, electric oven, Nespresso Vertuo machine and hob. Fully equipped with everything you need. Lounge TV freeview and Netflix,sofa, chair, & books. There is a washing machine plumbed in in the corner for your use. iron and a free standing airer. Outside off street secure parking accessed via mobile specific call. CCTV covers the courtyard where vehicles park. Other things to note The property is accessible via electric gates. We will need the mobile numbers of whoever wishes to access the property to put on the gate system to enable you to access the gates during your stay
