The apartment is located 500 m from the city center and 300 m from the water garden equipped with a slide for children and sports equipment for adults. The space Key amenities: Two comfortable bedrooms: Each is equipped with its own smart TV for maximum privacy and relaxation. Workspace: A dedicated office is available for teleworking or for business travelers (sales representatives) who need peace of mind. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, to cook like at home. Bathrooms: A modern bathroom with shower and towel rail, and a separate toilet. Convenience: The apartment is on the 1st or 2nd floor (depending on the apartment) and has excellent thermal and sound insulation. The Safety and Calm Advantage: The apartment overlooks a common but enclosed courtyard, offering tranquility and security for your vehicles or for children. Respect for the premises and the neighborhood is fundamental. Guest access Private & Self-Catering Access Guests have completely private and exclusive access to the entire reserved apartment (Bérangère). Our check-in system is autonomous: access is via a secure lockbox to allow you to arrive with complete flexibility from 4 p.m. (Check-in time). Common Areas & Parking You also have access to the common and enclosed courtyard of the property. Parking: You are allowed to park your vehicle in front of the apartment, 50 m from the apartment or 300 m from the water garden Other things to note Logistics and Practice Check-out time: Check-out must be no later than 10 a.m. to allow for cleaning of the premises before the arrival of the next guests. Lockbox: Access is secure and autonomous via a lockbox. The specific instructions and code will be sent to you the day before your arrival. Parking: Parking is available in the common and enclosed courtyard (subject to availability). It is imperative to respect other vehicles and the maneuvering space. Linen: Bed linen (duvets, sheets) and towels are provided for all guests. Building Rules and Safety Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a peaceful property. We ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. out of respect for the neighbors. 3-Star Rated Accommodation: Our apartments are rated 3-Star Tourist Furnished. Respect for equipment and places is fundamental. Tourist tax: In accordance with the legislation in force, the tourist tax is included in the total amount of your reservation and will be paid to the municipality. For Business Travelers Invoicing: An invoice can be provided upon request for business trips. Wi-Fi: High-speed Internet connection provided free of charge. The code will be displayed in the apartment.
