Enjoy the sea views and manicured gardens from the deck, living area and bedroom. The kitchenette has a small hob, microwave and dishwasher. A king size bed and a modern bathroom complete the luxury. Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed Please note: Linen and an exit cleaning fee of $200 applies to each stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and early January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Smiths Cottage available for adults only. At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping.
