The pull out couch adds another room to this space. The master bedroom has balcony access and its own bathroom. The other bathroom is close to the second room and the living room. The balcony offers plenty of space to enjoy your morning coffee with the fresh gulf air, and even a view of the gulf between the building and our neighbors. Enjoy dinners at the kitchen table or take a stroll down beach boulevard and enjoy some fresh seafood! Guest access Entire condo Other things to note Short boardwalk to a backyard beach. Parking is under the building so only one flight of stairs to level 1. There is an elevator for convenience if needed. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, kitchen trash bag, dish detergent packet, laundry packet, sponge and dish soap is provided. Parking is tight under the building, larger vehicles are recommended to park along fence line. Due to parking limitations there is one parking pass per guest. Visitor spaces are available but also limited. Convenient fish market and store across the street as well as a popular restaurant and bar.
