Jomtien Beach Penthouse Studio is a short walk from the beach. It’s on the 2nd floor and has 32 sq.m. It’s fully furnished, 1 queen size bed, bathroom, well equipped kitchen, TV, building Wi-Fi and balcony. Guests have access to the shared gym and swimming pool. The space Electricity Usage & Deposit: ⚡ Electricity is not included and is charged at 7 THB per kWh. Usage mostly depends on air conditioning—please turn it off before leaving the condo. 💰 Security Deposit: 5,000 THB (collected at check-in with a receipt, refunded at check-out after electricity deduction). Parking: 🚗 Parking permit sticker: 300 THB per stay. If you need parking, please inform us in advance so we can prepare the necessary documents with building management. Optional Cleaning Services: 🧹 Light cleaning: 500 THB 🛏️ Cleaning + fresh bedsheets & towels: 1,000 THB Guest access Check-In & Check-Out Process: 📅 Please inform us in advance of your check-in and check-out times. 👩‍💼 Our Thai staff will meet you in the lobby for check-in. She will: ✅ Assist with the check-in process & show you the condo ✅ Register your TM30 for immigration ✅ Collect the 5,000 THB security deposit ✅ Take a photo of the electricity meter (at check-in & check-out) 🕒 Check-in: From 2 PM (If arriving after 5 PM, please inform us in advance) 🕛 Check-out: By 12 noon (For early morning check-out, staff will come the day before) ⚡ At check-out, our staff will calculate your electricity bill and deduct it from your deposit before refunding the balance.
