The unit is totally redone w/ 95% completely new. Guest access You have 12 acres to roam. Batson River and Tyler Brook are great swimming in the heat of the summer. Kayaking and fishing together or separately is fun in season.(You must bring your own fishing tackle.) Other things to note There are painted bike paths on most streets.
