Swimming pools such as the Verwell in Verden, the Walsrode fitness pool or the thermal baths in Soltau invite you to relax. Whether by bike or on foot, long field and forest paths or the Aller Cycle Path invite nature lovers to explore them. In the neighboring village about 3 km away, there is a very good country bakery, as well as country inns. Even a general medical practice is available there.
