Then do it again! I could say so much about my house and the neighborhood, but I'll let the guests speak for me- "A beautiful home in a historic neighborhood! The location is ideal: a short walk to the subway stop, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful tree-lined streets, and full of gorgeous Victorian homes - we felt very safe walking any time of day. The house is charming. We appreciated all of the space and privacy. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished, with plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Gil was very easy to work with, and very responsive anytime we had a question.Previous reviews set a high bar for our expectations, and they were met and exceeded! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. I would absolutely look to stay here again on my next trip to New York!" (Debra, Aug 2018) "What a delightfully beautiful Victorian home on a lovely tree lined street. Gil’s house is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Brooklyn. It is a great area for walking and checking out the wonderful diversity Brooklyn has to offer. The accommodations were perfect!" (Kathy, Oct 2018) "After busy days exploring the city, Gil's stately heritage house on a quiet, leafy street was the perfect place to get back to and rest and feels very private. Each room is beautiful and quirky, decked with art and old statement furniture. This place is full of character. Gil is a very attentive and thoughtful host, providing a long list of local tips. After a quick walk to the subway, it takes about 20-30 minutes on the train to get into more central parts of Brooklyn/lower Manhattan, but much of the ride is above ground and very enjoyable. We found it well worth the journey to come back to such a beautiful, quiet part of town, waking up to the sound of birds. Would totally stay again." (Sarah 4/18) “极力推荐大家入住![Mandarin translation: I highly recommend everyone to stay!] The BEST airbnb house I have ever lived in.Beautiful neighborhood and close to subway stations.Gil is a warmhearted host and gave a lot of useful suggestions about restaurants ,the first choice to live in if I come back to NYC.” (Zhuoxuan, August 2019) "Although Gil's place is proximate to a thriving urban center, the home itself is on a quiet suburban-like street-the likes of which I would have never associated with Brooklyn. The house is absolutely beautiful and kept extremely clean. Gil, who we only saw briefly the morning we left was very accommodating and kind. I felt as if I could have stayed forever. What a gem. Highly recommend!" (N. 9/17) “Gil's place is just as advertised: a beautiful old home in an a cozy neighborhood in Brooklyn. We loved the area and how convenient it was to other places of interest. The neighborhood had everything we needed and the house provided us with comfort, safety, and peace." (Linda, 7/17) "Gil took care of everything before our arrival. I really have nothing to suggest to for improvement. It was nearly Perfect and the best place I got on Airbnb ever. we were a group of 7 easily and comfortably accommodated in his place and I would strongly recommend his place to everyone who is visiting NYC."
