We're 5 minutes away from the Dollywood, LeConte, Island and just 15 minutes away from Gatlinburg. The place is great for families and business travelers and is pet-friendly. Our 1 bedroom house comes with self-check-in and a fully-equipped kitchen that you're free to use any time. Wi-Fi, Roku TV, laptop-friendly workspace, outdoor spaces — we've got everything you need! The space This one bedroom unit is situated in a quadplex (one building comprising 4 self-contained apartments). Rental is for a single self-contained unit that has a separate entrance from the rest. The unit has a private bath and a kitchen. Additionally, guests have a shared garden area around. Note: rental is for one self-contained unit within the quadplex, not the entire quadplex. Guest access Entire place Other things to note ✦ Pet Policy We welcome guests to travel with up to two dogs of small to large size, for no additional fee. Please, be aware that bringing more than 2 dogs and/or any other type of pets is not allowed. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $300 fine. ▸When going out without your pets, leave them in a kennel or a crate ▸Don't use dinnerware as pet bowls ▸Clean up after your pet (inside and outside the house) ▸Pets are NOT permitted on the furniture (including beds and couches). Excessive presence of pet hair on bed linens, couches, and/or other furniture will result in an additional cleaning fee of $200 That said, we completely understand that some light pet hair may naturally occur, especially with shedding dogs. We are reasonable and do not charge for normal, minimal shedding. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will only apply if there is excessive pet hair or evidence that pets were on the furniture (for example: heavily fur-covered couches or bedding that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover). Our goal is simply to keep the space comfortable for all guests and ensure our cleaners are fairly compensated for any extra work. As long as the home is left in normal, respectful condition, there’s nothing to worry about. ✦Extended check-in / check-out permitted upon request, subject to availability. Early check-in is $25 every two hours for a maximum of 4 hours. Might have exceptions of check-in before 12:00pm, in case of which the same rate will apply. Please send us a text message to confirm availability. To secure late check-out, we charge $25 bi-hourly for a maximum of 2 hours. If the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity, a charge of $100 per person will apply for every guest over the limit.
