Fresh, home-baked pies await your arrival. Close to State College and Beaver Stadium. The space Welcome to our family homestead! Enjoy a little piece of Centre County history when you stay here. Our home is one of the original homes in the area, built in 1874. This listing is for the entire main home. You will have spacious rooms that can accommodate large groups. Modern updates have been made to the bathrooms, while still keeping that vintage farmhouse charm. Enjoy fresh, home-baked pies with your coffee or tea during your stay here. Two dining areas allow for your group to spread out and eat in comfort. Two living areas also allow for groups to relax together or separately. Back porch dining also provides extra room, or just a little piece of solitude to enjoy your morning coffee. There are five bedrooms for you to use. All have their own, dedicated linens. Three are queen beds, one full size bed, and three twin beds. All bathroom linens will also be provided for your stay. Enjoy wandering about the property or hiking up the mountain. Take a quick drive to Bellefonte to enjoy boutique shopping or visit local museums. Bald Eagle State Park is only 14 miles away and Black Moshannon State Park is 11 miles away. We are only 7 miles from Beaver Stadium, PSU, and downtown State College. Enjoy a rural setting, yet close to everything! Guest access The entire main home is available to guests. The garage and rooms above the garage are not available at this time. Guests may hike the property, but will not have access to barns or workshop. Other things to note We do have chickens on the property, but they will be contained within their coop during your stay. We have a dog but he will be gone during your stay. We also have a couple of outdoor cats on the property.
