Spacious 3-bedroom oceanfront unit in the Mariners building of a popular Myrtle Beach resort. The complex features numerous water amenities and options for dining. You will have free parking for 2, free wifi, a large balcony to relax on, a full kitchen with dishwasher and an in-unit washer and dryer too! The condo is very roomy, with a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, and a total of 3 queen beds between the 2 guest bdrms. There's a gym on-site, a coffee shop, a tiki bar, gift shop too! The condo features a generous layout, providing ample space for you and your family or friends. The three bedrooms are tastefully furnished and designed to offer comfort and privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with cozy beds and ample storage space for your belongings. The main bedroom boasts a large, comfortable king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms offer queen-size beds. The living area is bright and open, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the large windows. The living room is furnished with a plush sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities. You can gather with your loved ones and enjoy quality time together while enjoying the mesmerizing ocean view. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. Other Things to Note: •Pool features including several indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor lazy rivers, Jacuzzi hot tubs, kiddie pools, Silly Submarine water playground. •Giant Chess and Checker sets. •2 shuffleboard courts. *Free parking for 2 Guest access Guests do not have access to the indoor pool with the slides. North Tower guests should not access the water facilities at the Pinnacle Tower. No front desk, on-site maintenance or on-site housekeeping services. Other things to note -The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens (besides resort pool towels) will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an extra fee. - We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras. -We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay. -Like all oceanfront properties in the South, occasional bug sightings are simply part of the humid, tropical environment, and every resort along the beach deals with this issue. Our HOA performs professional pest control on a regular schedule, treating every single unit throughout the building as well as all common areas and amenities. It’s possible you may see an occasional bug during your stay — sometimes even a dead one — which is actually a sign the treatments are working. We want to set clear expectations that seeing an occasional bug in an oceanfront condo is a normal part of the beach experience and not something we offer refunds for. If you do notice a bug, please send us a quick message wirh a photo. We have an agreement with our HOA pest control company, and they come out and re-treat the area promptly whenever a bug sighting is reported.
