Surrounded by a beautiful tropical paradise, you can relax in the sparkling blue waters of the 133,000-gallon zero-entry pool or take advantage of the shade cast by the poolside Gazebo while children play in the bubbling fountains. The smaller circular pool is heated seasonally, and the 13-person hot tub is heated year-round to soak away your worries. Take a short walk over the dune crossovers and feel the 500 feet of private, sugar-white sand between your toes. Seasonal beach chair service (March – October) is available – so you can relax and unwind while the Gulf laps at your toes. Cross overs are equipped with card readers allowing easy access and securing the property. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed. *For groups of adults all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos.
