Welcome to our unique and stylish studio! It is located close to the city center but yet in a quiet and peaceful area. The space We hope you will feel at home in our apartment. It consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room/bedroom. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, ceramic cooktops, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a washer-drier. There are all the necessary cooking utensils. The kitchen has a dining area. The living room is divided into a relaxation area with a large, comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and a bedroom. The bedroom is gently separated by a transparent wall. The bedroom area is equipped with a 140x200 cm bed and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Guest access Our guests have the whole place at their disposal. It consists of a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a bedroom, and a bathroom. Other things to note The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. If you are driving, please note that Sofia is divided into blue and green parking zones. The apartment is located in a green zone, where the price for parking is BGN 1 per hour and the permitted stay is 4 hours. The street where the apartment is located is the border of the green parking zone. On the next street parking on the street is free of charge.
