Our home can accommodate large families with kids & pets - fully enclosed paved backyard + summer house, outdoor dining and seating, bbq and fire pit. 7 mins walk from the train station, 15 mins walk to the town centre & historic harbour with all the bars and restaurants - we have the perfect getaway location. FREE parking nearby. The space The living room has both seating with smart tv and dining areas with a cozy wood burning fire, 2 large comfy sofas and 8-seater dining table. The large windows to the front of the property are adorned with full length wooden shutters meaning you can set whatever mood you desire. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven and and separate utility area with washer/dryer. We have provided a wide range of kitchen utensils meaning home cooked meals will be a doddle. The front porch is an ideal space for boots and shoes and the downstairs loo makes for an extra convenience. Upstairs, the large bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests. The master room has a generous superking bed with a further two king size beds and two single beds. There is also a large family bathroom and separate wc. There are also 2 dedicated work spaces. Outside, the south-facing rear garden is a glorious sun-trap in the summer and a sheltered sanctuary in the winter time. Laid mainly to patio with raised flower beds, the garden also benefits from a large summer house with 2 daybeds making it a truly year-round space. Alongside the property, you'll have access to the garage/store area in which you can stores bicycles, dinghies, paddle boards etc. There is also an outdoor hose to wash down sandy kids and dogs plus a BBQ. We are very pet friendly with a good sized safe enclosed garden, bowls and treats, your little kids are also catered for with a high chair, travel cot, stair gates and baby proofing kit. There is free parking very nearby. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, garden, summerhouse and garage for storing bikes, boards and canoes. Other things to note The thermostat is on the right hand side of the porch doors near the stairs, the house heats up to toasty very quickly so please remember to turn it down to an appropriate level when leaving the house for a fun day out. We are on the very edge of the zoned parking area so free parking is meters away - please see the map in the photo gallery.
