This is a modern 3 bedroom apartment from 2008 that is ideal for 6-7 guests. The apartment is centrally located yet quiet as it's in a dead end street. From the apartment you can walk to most points of interest in Oslo, but it has also easy public transport access nearby. The apartment fits well for families, couples, groups or business travellers. The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and with elevator access. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. This makes it ideal for 6-7 guests. There is a sofa which transforms into a bed in the biggest room. There are two raise/lower work desks with comfortable work chairs in the apartment. In two of the bedrooms there is two single beds that are placed next to each other which equals a double bed. The kitchen and living room is connected in an open solution with access out to your own private and spacious balcony overlooking the backyard area. Please note that only 2 out of 4 cooking tops is currently working. There is only one bathroom and shower in the apartment, and there is also a washing machine and a dryer that guests are free to use. There is high-speed internet included, chromecast and Nintendo Wii U with several Mario games like Mario Kart. This place is good for travellers because of its combination of secluded and central + located in a very child-friendly environment as there is a football-pitch, volleyball-fields, table tennis and basketball-court in immediate proximity. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the whole apartment for themselves! Other things to note This is my personal and private home, so please be respectful and treat it like it was your own. Please let us know if you have any special needs for your stay, for instance a baby crib. This will have to requested before arrival! There may be linen hanging from a drying rack when you check in. This is freshly washed linen that the previous guest used. If it’s hanging up it means we weren’t able to dry it in time before your check in. You are free to leave the linen where it is, or if it’s in the way you can just put it away in the cupboard. There are some marks and old scratches on the floor. The floor is clean but they can create an impression that it is not.
