The property is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, down a private gated drive with an EV charger. It has a queen-sized bed upstairs, with a large corner double sofa-bed & shower room downstairs. No smoking. The space The guest apartment comprises of a large living area downstairs with a comfortable corner sofa and TV and a shower room and a snooker/table tennis table and dart board. Upstairs is an open mezzanine double bedroom with a desk. The apartment benefits from windows in the roof and large double doors downstairs to maximise light. The doors open up onto the driveway with a wooden bench seat to enjoy the fresh air. Guest access Private entrance from driveway. Other things to note We live with our three teenage children, a well behaved spaniel and two friendly ragdoll cats in our house which is attached to the apartment so we will always be available to attend to your needs but rest assured the apartment is private and secure from the house. We are happy to provide breakfast for an additional charge and also laundry service. Strictly no smoking inside the apartment please.
