Our apartment is an ideal place for those who want to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Beskids, enjoy the charms of nature and at the same time have easy access to the most interesting places in the area. We are happy to help you find the right mountain route in summer for hiking and in winter for ski-tour. We will advise you where to rent equipment and where to leave your car by the trail. After an active day, it only takes a few minutes to get to the Center with a large selection of restaurants, good food and beer. The space This is a cozy apartment with an area of 38 square meters. It is located in the heart of Żywiec, just a few minutes' walk from the picturesque Żywiec Lake. You will find a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The separate bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed. To ensure sleeping comfort, external blinds are installed in each room. The apartment has a TV with a SMART function and has underfloor heating. On our shelves you will also find some interesting reading items and mountain maps. The large terrace is perfect for morning coffee and admiring the sunset, enjoying the beautiful views of the mountains and lakes. The surroundings of the apartment are a perfect combination of peace and quick access to all the attractions of the Beskids. Within a few steps we have a lake and mountains. In addition, the city center provides access to restaurants. In winter, we invite you to ski slopes and ski-tours. In summer, you can enjoy cycling, windsurfing and long mountain walks. NOTE: The estate is newly built - 2023. Renovations may be ongoing in the apartments next door, although most of the apartments in the estate are already ready. Construction workers have set working hours that they adhere to. Guest access The perfect choice for couples who want to spend a romantic and active time together. The apartment can accommodate an additional 2 people thanks to the fold-out sofa bed. Other things to note Parking: There is one free parking space for our guests on the premises. Bicycle trails: Our location is an excellent choice for lovers of active recreation. There are many cycling and downhill trails (Góra Żar / Szczyrk). In summer, we will advise you where to rent a city or electric bike. Mountain trails: We are fans of the mountains and, if necessary, we will advise the best route in the Silesian and Żywiec Beskids, tailored to the skills and amount of time. Ski slopes and ski-tour: The proximity of two ski resorts Szczyrk and Korbielów is an excellent choice for winter madness. In addition, we will help you choose and rent ski-tour equipment.
