Welcome to our 35 m2 apartment located in a charming village in the Paris region, just 35 minutes by train from Paris Gare de l'Est, 2 minutes from the A4, 20 minutes from Disneyland and finally 10 minutes from the city of Meaux. Our apartment, a ground floor of a recently renovated house, is located on the main axis of the village, on the departmental road, perfect for enjoying a village while having easy access to the capital, the region and the magic of Disneyland. The space Welcome to our cozy and well-equipped apartment! Our space includes two rooms: A bedroom with a queen size bed and a large wardrobe to store your belongings. A versatile living room that can also be used as a bedroom, with a sofa bed for two, a table for four, and another wardrobe. Each of these rooms is equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment, and you will have high-speed internet access via fiber to stay connected. For families with children, our outdoor courtyard includes a sandbox, ideal for the youngest to have fun safely, you can store your bikes in this courtyard safely. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathroom cabinet, while the toilet is separate for added convenience. In the kitchen you'll find a 10 kg washing machine, oven, 93 liter fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and kettle. All the necessary utensils for cooking are at your disposal. We have also provided everything you need for cleaning, as well as an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and scale for your comfort. If you like, you can also use our barbecue, but please make your request during the week for weekend use. We are looking forward to hosting you and making your stay as pleasant as possible!
