On the road to the rose: charming duplex

Want to recharge your batteries? Our cottage "Sur la route de la rose" awaits you: a true haven of peace for a simple stopover, a romantic weekend or a professional stay. Old stable completely renovated, you will find the comfort necessary to put down your bags. Adjacent to our main house, you will have a private terrace and garden via the common courtyard of our house and will enjoy the outdoors in complete peace. The space The new accommodation (30 m2 in total) is located in the continuity of our house and you will access it through our garden. In fine weather, you will have a private terrace and garden with tables, chairs, sunbathing and barbecue. You will enter the living room with a sofa bed if needed (made at your request), a connected TV, toilet, space to hang your clothes and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you will find a 160 cm double bed, 2 dressers to store your belongings, a chair, two nightstands as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Guest access Our accommodation is located 6 km from Pithiviers, 50 minutes from Orléans and Fontainebleau, 20 minutes from the Arboretum des Grandes Bruyères in Ingrannes and 20 minutes from the Château d'Augerville-la-Rivière with its golf course and Spa. Two access possibilities via the A19 motorway 15 minutes away: exit 7 at Escrennes or exit 6 at Gare d'Auxy. Rue du Château is located in a place called Le Grand Reigneville. Other things to note We wanted to let you know about our cat, who goes by the sweet name of Romy. So you won't be surprised to see him sometimes in our garden.
